As for recommended mods...
I hit up Hongfire when it is working and go theru the list.
I suggest everything By Zeaska, which involves getting the GGmod for high heels which involves getting the plugin mod, which is necessary for the translations to work...
Lastly I like the CMMod for better pictures.
Now Im looking into mods to help me with the Studio.

Well what I usaly do when it comes to replacing base files is make backup of the originals then put it back when a new uncensor or something comes out. Don't know how to fix it unless you put the original uncensore files back.

The UITranslation.v0.16.0-HoneySelect.7z archive contains modified files in various folders, but there's nothing that I can see that differentiates the "plugin" from the "Translations". Regardless, I copied over the files and overwrote the originals, but nothing is translated.

However, I managed to get a partial translation of the UI pushed through with the UITranslation-Images-v0.2-FixedTypo patch, which overwrites the files from the above translation archive. However it doesn't apply to the character editor, which is still just one giant mass of moon.

no, you just didn't finish installing it. the update exe is a self extracting exe that extracts the patch file into a folder. you then need to go into that folder and run the filecopy.exe to move all the files into the correct places. in the case of filecopy.exe failed to work. you need to manually move the files to your game folder according to the directory structure.

same goes for the release day special costume dlcs that was in the torrented package.
