1.find and torrent the DVD (it was HARD! to find)
if you didnt know all of them come on a DVD disc and sometimes people upload all of the disc instead of just the rip (the mp4 version you often see on nyaa and hikoko123 lazy rips)
2.learn how to use megui and Avisyth which are basically video editing and encoding programs
3.open the dvd in the programs and try to tinker the best you can

Well it definitely is a bit easier on the eyes. Not sure what causes these artifacts, if it's there on the dvd or if it appears because of the sharpening, but maybe try to minimize it if possible.

the problem is with your player
i encode the video in x265 (HEVC) format which is a new format and can cause some problems in different players

make sure you use VLC or MPC HC with proper codecs

i posted my screen shot and as you can see its clean and neat

I try this x265 on swing out sisters complete version 1080p in 60fps i got almost 4GB of file but the result is astounding typically i use handbrake but on my latter 60fps i use megui so it more sharp and smooth on 60fps animes

x265 only gives you more quality for the same bitrate in x264 but if you set it to 4gb then it will will be 4gb...
