can someone try loading this character up into a room and see if they're immediately a slave? I don't know if it's something to do with my game or the personality setup I gave her but the second I loaded her up she was a slave
I've had the same happen with another character, I made them super tsundere in every way and they immediately hated my character and came around to love them after he intercepted them during a leaving event.

Static and automatically saved to the card data. Have you ever noticed that the character you downloaded from the database already has H stats, mindbroken stat, ect.? You can even remove one of your cards from one room and put her in another room without losing your stats.

Any idea how to get around this issue when installing? When I press ignore, it pops up with the same error on the next asset. Retry does nothing, and abort just aborts the installation.

you installed the update patch wrong. you double clicked the patch exe and thought that was it. the patch exe actually is just a self extractor, it extracts all the files into a folder. you're suppose to go into the folder and run the filecopy.exe to actually place all the patch files into the right spots in your game directory.

in the even of filecopy.exe fucks up. you'll have to drag and drop the files yourself, pay attention to the directory structure so you know what goes where.

current up to date patch is 0923

The Vive currently works great! I use this https://github.com/Eusth/HoneySelectVR/releases as well, it improves the interface and vive controller support.

Start steam VR, then start the game using the launch .exe from the github package.

The game menu will be attached to one of your controllers. You can move the mouse around to select things by pointing your other controller at the menu, or rolling your thumb across the trackpad to move the mouse around and press in the trackpad to mouse1.

You can click in the grip button on the controller that has your menu attached to it to stick the menu wherever you have it hovering, and it will stay in place there.

Press the menu button above the trackpad to switch the type of action you want each controller to do. You can switch between the controller acting as the menu, as the movement/teleport system, or as the interaction tool.

To use the interaction controller as the mouse wheel is used during the H scenes, hold down the trigger down on the controller you have set to be the interaction tool, and roll your thumb up and down on that touchpad to have it act as the mouse scroll wheel.

The readme will have more detailed instructions but that should get you started.

A good portion of the ones on the database only look good from one angle, which makes it pretty difficult to gauge whether or not they're good. So far, I've taken a couple of them and altered them. Seriously though, trying to make characters from hyper-stylized art is a pain. At some point you're just doing what fits rather than something completely accurate. That character started as Sora No Otoshimono's Nymph, which ended up looking more like child KOS-MOS so I tweaked it and that's the end result.
