Depends. It only feels weird if those characters do not have some sort of established or at least hinted at romantic relationship. Although even then, it's only a minor inconvenience that doesn't affect the experience all that much.

eh, it really depends. i don't really project myself onto either character in porn that often so seeing "shippy" hentai gives me more context to enjoy it
only bothers me if I didn't like the guy
