its very impractical to cam without showing any face. I usually used some cute masks to cover my face, that usually does the trick. Not showing face at all works better when you do picture sets for interested people. Camming requires you to move around quite a bit afterall.

i "usually" do (when i dont forget or arent lazy for a couple of months) around 100 cross crunches and 10-20 pushups a day. Not enough to gain many muscles, but enough to keep it somewhat trained i guess.
