I skimmed through that article from Brown, and it seems to me that there's several problems with applying behavioral characteristics to specific races:
1) genotype-phenotype: just because someone has a gene, it's the environment that really determines how much that gene is expressed.
2) the article said the gene is expressed in societies with a history of warfare: this gets VERY tricky. Books like The Gunpowder Age argue that Europe's consistent state of war is a large part of European technological advancement. If other races are to exhibit the gene moreso than whites, then it SHOULD mean that this racial difference is a pretty recent development.
3) Any talk of genetics like this has SERIOUS implications (genocide, eugenics, etc.), and if my points 1 & 2 are valid, then I don't think entertaining this topic is worth the very real possibility of the implications.

Not OP but Ive also heard his theory about Happas, specifically white male/asian female children. Im going to stay away from the genetics side of things and focus on the cultural upbringing of both male and female wm/af children.

As a full Asian man born in America, I see the stereotypes surrounding Asians. Asian men are thought of as weak, immasculine, shy, nerdy, etc. Asian females are seen as submissive and fetishizes particularly by whites. Asians are seen as different and unwelcome.

There are plenty of normal afwm couples with children but the problems arise when there is a "perfect storm" between the af and wm. If the relationship is based on the wm dominating the asianess of his submissive wife, and the wife rejects her asianess to get away from the negative stereotypes surrounding asians, what kind of environment will their children grow up in. Simply put, think of a white guy who fetishizes and dominates his asian wife and the wife who rejects her asianness and asian guys because being asian means being different.

If the child is male, the father sees the child as asian, not his own, and all of the negative stereotypes surrounding asian males. The mother who rejected asian men as lovers now have an asian boy to raise, the very men they have tried to disown. If the child is female, the oversexualization and fetishizing of asian women is passed on by both parents.

To simply put it, issues arise when the children are seen as different by both parents, neither accepted as asian nor white. Since white culture is dominant in America, the happa kid gravitates towards his "normal" white half and moving away from their "different" asian half. All biracial kids deal with the same sort of issues. The issues W/A hapas, versus other biracial children, is how overall more exclusionary whites and Asian cultures are. eh, your case is probably easier to make basing it on social/cultureal grounds (nurture) than on genetics. Asians and Caucasians (mongoloids and caucasoids) have been race mixing for eons and are more closely related genetically to each other than to other races.
