1. heirarchy is not very clear. what's most important? what do i look at first? what do i look at second? 3rd? 4th? right now EVERYTHING IS CAPS AND BIG AND LOUD SO THERE IS LESS CONTRAST AND ORDER

2. the text at the bottom which is aligned upright feels too close to the rotated text in the middle.

it's promising for a first work ever but it's also not very good as is. I recommend you learn typography and color pairing.

Damn yu were faster than me :) - yeah colors is not quite fitting. Maybe try primary color hues, split complementary or an ananlogous colors.

id say this is a decent job for your first flyer.
im not sure why you chose to alight the very top text to the right, but i think it would sit better aligned to the left.
the text inside the middle green box should be better aligned as well, more towards the bottom so its center from top to bottom.
id say your heirarchy is a bit messed up between the three acts.
also the event info all blends together. it would be better to differentiate the where,time, date etc from the actual locations and times.
thers more stuff i can point out but i hope this helps man :)

Mate i'm already making money from graphic design, more like a freelancer but i'm only seventeen so i can't take a job, yet.
Being from romania, a fairly undeveloped country, knowing photoshop or ilustrator is pretty helpfull, being known in the town. Getting free entrance to a party for only 1 hour of "work", getting to know every freshmen girls at my highschool, because i am the only one who can do retouches and things like that, for the freshmen prom, it's pretty nice.

You don't need to put

What else can those be, but date and time?

Just type: 3 DECEMBER : 22:00

or 3 DECEMBER @ 22:00

or some variation. You don't need to tell people that's a date and a time.
