Okay I'm a beginner and this is just a practice but I feel like the H's don't belong there anyone have some tips or options on where I can/should put the H's?

And drop the horrible effects. No shines, metalic materials, strokes, gradients, patterns or glows until you know how to actually apply them correctly.
There is a bit of a trick here. The more you limit yourself, the more creativity you will be forced to use to create something.
As anon mentioned above, use two colors max, not just because it's trendy now, but to get some solid training.
If you are unsure of the colors, consult a color wheel or experiment. The result needs to be clean, readable, without distracting elements.
if you look at the logo with a "fresh look" your eyes need to be drawn to the logo as a one flow, from top to bottom, left to right would be ideal if you have words in it.
If there is a single point where your eyes get "stuck" it means there is unnecessary contrast in colors, shapes, style or too much detail.
