Why was there a big Windows Phone product placement push in a 2017 movie? There has been no showing on the Windows Phone front at all this year, so what was the point of this? They made the phone such a key part of the story.

With how disappointing iPhone X seems, I want to know what Microsoft's next move is. Is Surface Phone just a dead meme? I really want Windows Phone to recover, a trinity of OS competition is ultimately best for consumers.

I want Windows Phone too for the reason you stated but honestly Microsoft just seems to be disinterested about everything, even Windows 10 updates are just completely half-assed
