Whenever I leave my laptop on, specifically the browser, it seems to uninstall some random shit though my Clean Uninstall plugin. This time, it uninstalled something about search and screenshots. Is it possible someone is remotely hijacking my shit when I'm not looking?

Sounds like you use windows 10. Windows searches your files and deletes them if they think that it's pirated. They might possibly also contact the companies involved who own the applications.
