Was just wearing muh audio Technica mh50x and I always knew something would happen sometime because their cable is rigid as fuck and made prolly lots of pressure inside the fone when it was just bent a tiny bit.

Will try to get it out. Maybe it will work with a needle and a drip of instant glue

Even if you never get the jack out from your phone you can still use those bluetooth headphones next time. In fact by actually making your port unusable you made it into an iPhone feature-wise.

If you want to upgrade back from iPhones then maybe a match with some glue at the tip and wait for it to dry. Then you can pull it out.
