Heh, no. It's still 28 nm.
That being said, it's still reasonably impressive for what it is. The IGP definitely benefits from the faster RAM making it better than ever. The CPU falls into the thoroughly adequate category. They're perfect for casual gaming on the go without the housefires caused by dGPUs in laptops. There's not really much else to be said about them.
