Also, get 2 computers. The Exam software they make you use for school will destroy your laptop at least once, AT LEAST ONCE no questions asked. I ended up getting a cheap X61 for 30 bucks off craigslist and buying a Win10 serial off ebay because I was sick of having to restore my main T440. Other than that, nursing is all Windows, Word and POWER POINTS OH ALL THE POWER POINTS, get whatever thinkpad tickles your pickle and you're fine. But trust me on the exam software thing, you will lose your laptop at least once.

Thinking the same really plus my budget is below 800 bucks. Its a bloody shame that ideapads and other budget options are huge. I feel like 30 cm(12 onches) is just too big for me.
