Just drill a hole in a corner of the speaker cabinet and pull the wire though. Put the power supply inside the cabinet

The 12V PSU can be in the guitar cabinet. The wiring to the strip can be concealed in the grommets. You can make a singular connection by using a double socket+ pattress inside the cabinet too, with one to the cabinet PSU and the other to the LED PSU.
