Fuck, that's the same fucking noise my drive was doing.
It happened on a couple of occasions, when the laptop was slightly moved or the table was barely touched.
It's a 5 year old 750Gb HGST hdd, both of it's partitions were heavily fragmented, I did complete defragmentation on both.
Crystal disk info doesn't display any warning, and the drive gets a pass on the smart hdd tests in Linux.
That's a bit more relaxing, but I should start backing up all my shit, just in case.

WD Black 2.5" are cheap. Went from a Toshiba to that and is really faster. Not that far from the cheapest SSDs I could buy here.
