How do I go about programming directly in machine code? Is there a programming language and/or compiler specifically for this task?
Program in rust
What do you think "machine code" means?
use low level code(good in programmer sense)
C and Rust come to mind
c++ for example would be considered safer but limited in capability in comparison
Python is a very high level language and much safer and easier to use but it's very limited in comparison to C++
high and low in programming lang sense is how far you are from the hardware
low level langs talk directly or close as possible to hardware
high level langs need to be translated before they can communicate to the level below them which include multiple levels
You can start by killing yourself for asking such a profoundly retarded question.
assembly my guy :+)
Learn Assembly.

Assembly is too abstract and inefficient. Isn't there a way to program and read code like in the matrix directly?
>>62293926
literally ASM

try this on for size my dude
you may wanna look up native compiled languages op
>>62293926
It's called a hex editor, nigga. Good luck with all that.

You unironically need to kill yourself.

>How do I go about programming directly in machine code?
Look up toggle switches. This is a painful but real way of programming, mostly bootstrapping.
>Is there a programming language and/or compiler specifically for this task?
Look up assembly programming.

Jesus Christ summer's over go the fuck back to school already
