If you cheap out on CPU too much you will just bottle neck the GPU. Ram doesn't matter nearly as much so is a good place to save money, buy the cheapest that fits. Mobo can add some benefits but mostly just adds extra features that you may not even ever use. If you don't know any of the benefits off your head or recognize any that they might be advertising then just buy cheapo mobo that supports your CPU. Don't cheap out on PSU too much. Save money on everything else.
