What are you even talking about, win7 runs perfectly on ryzen. Much better than meme10 anyway (not like there's any platform it can be good at). Only troubles I had are
1. USB ports don't work on clear install because win7 cannot into xhci without 3rd party drivers (fixed by installing chipset drivers).
2. Novideo drivers installer crushed couple of times and Huang didn't care about it for few months so you had to run installer 2 to 4 times every update before it finally got fixed. Not like huangware worked properly on intel or anything.
That's about it. You're more likely to find troubles with virtualization or win10, especially due to the fact it's known ryzen's performance drop on win10 and it's unstable on virtually any platform.
Finally, my guess would be people forgot how to install chipset drivers or just trolling.

Occasional freezes and bsods are either your PSU or unstable overclock. I would guess second, especially RAM. RAM problems takes longer to detect so you might think your overclock is stable but will get occasional 1 crash in a week and such. Run tests my nigga, aida does well at tracking those. With ryzen focus on cache tests for cpu and normal ram tests for ram.

It's not clean, you can't upgrade the evaluation version to a normal one. Another thing is, you don't even use a regular key on an enterprise edition windows. It's only available through volume licensing and kms server doesn't work on this thing.

Don't disable updates, that's a retarded thing to do on any Windows OS. You can disable the automatic reboot by going to Task Scheduler/Microsoft/Windows/UpdateOrchestrator and disabling the "Reboot" task, but I still recommend restarting at least once a month to install updates.

There are programs that allow you to delete these files by bypassing permissions, I can't recall any names off the top of my head but if you look it up you should find something.
