Presuming those are video files, Handbrake. Then add to iTunes library, they will show as 'home movies' get info and change to Tv Show, then add show name and episode numbers to keep them organized. Then sync your device and include your show by check mark.
I do this plenty to put small 540p copies of shows onto the phone. If it has soft subs then I usually burn them in with handbrake.
