>piggybacked to success off of Mvtools
>unable to host dev builds of the software, and downgrading is a nuisance
>the 5 billion other programs it requires to function all have to be very specific builds as well for it to remotely work
>graveyard forums with hundreds if not thousands of unanswered pleas and questions
>vomit inducing UI
>supports a barebones lightweight media player because "muh vlc is too hard to work with"
>FAQ and troubleshooting pages meet the absolute minimum requirements to be considered as such
>STILL no support for .MKV files
>they want to get PAID for this awful shit
so glad these fuckers didn't get my money, and now I have to remove all this bloatware it left behind.
