Cox is enforcing data caps where I live. The most expensive plan gives you 2TB a month. After that they charge per 10GB or something. You get at least one grace month and warning about the change, but OP is talking about real shit happening in the United States. I've been real fucking depressed over it. Kind of like OP's image.
