Back when I had ESET's it found no trojans

2. ESET is shit at detection

Is it marking the keygen as a virus? That’s pretty typical of antivirus programs if that’s the file it’s flagging. Usually nothing to worry about. They just try to scare people away from using naughty no no programs like that

Guy you replied to here, the thing about "false positives" comes from the fact that when a file modifies another file it sets off flags left and right.
Things like cracking programs and key gens do cause false positives.
With that being said, what the antivirus is detecting as a false positive is only one part of a program, the virus payload could still be present and not even detected.

And don't pirate operating systems unless you want to live with a ring 0 root kit.
