I want to store/back up about 10GB of data. They're stored in encrypted volumes, I just have to figure out where to put the files.
Currently, I have a couple copies on encrypted flash drives/sd cards, but I haven't really looked at cloud storage. I don't really want to pay extra for more storage space, but I also want to at least keep these files for the next 50-60 years, with minimal data decay.
What's the best thing for me to do? Multiple flash drive back ups? SD Cards?
If you can't figure out how to keep 10 GBs of data alive for 10 years then chances are you'll lose them anyway
>have an online backup (encrypted cloud)
>an offline backup (encrypted flash locked away)
>an active backup, i.e. on your computer
>every 6 months or so check integrity, replace/renew as necessary
