How can I safely sell a $100 gift card on ebay?
How would I avoid a scammer saying for example the card had less value than was stated? For example "this is a $50 gift card, not $100 one" or "it had $81.24 not $100$" or something?

Are you seriously this retarded? There's no fucking way to ensure you're not gonna get a scammer who cashes in the card, then claims it was already used. You'll have no way of proving it.
Anyhow, it's against ebay rules to sell items other than physical goods. Ebay does not allow the resale of any digital codes. People still do it, but they simply take the risk of not getting caught.
Don't. I sold 2 $50 gc on eBay. 1 claimed I didn't send. They were free gift cards, but it's still annoying to lose out on.
