Based on your pic related: No router will protect you from a UDP flood attack, because those attacks use up your entire download bandwidth. You need to contact your ISP for them to investigate. Some ISPs assign dynamic IP addresses so you can just reboot your modem for a new IP address.
If you mean attacks in general: The purpose of a router is to connect two networks together and prevent traffic intended for a local destination to be sent to the internet, and vice versa. So by design, all routers protect you from attacks that could be possible if an attacker were on your local network (such as on coffee shop WiFi).
I recall that D-Link routers have award winning QoS (quality of service) engines though.
