I just moved into an apartment complex and i have a router here already. But i can not find it in the Wi-Fi list when i turned it on..granted it could be there but i dont know which one i should Connect to. Halp please

Hopefully it has DHCP enabled on it so your laptop pulls an IP. Use ipconfig in cmd and use the ip of the default gateway to log into the routers web interface. Hopefully it has a user name and password somewhere on the box. Use that or google the default info. You should be able to change the wifi details or at the very least view them
