I tried brave, but it used up 1.7GB of ram just from opening it and letting it sit idle, read that I was a bug, I gave up on it after an hour of use. Using vivaldi at the moment and it's great, fast and uses chrome extension so it was much easier for me to switch over from chrome/Firefox. I just transferred over all my bookmarks and stuff and was set.

Using Brave here, what the fuck is this webtorrent thing? I just downloaded something and it seems I can only stream the files? Are they not saved in my computer? How does this work?

'Brave' is a scam, Brendan goes around to companies and ask them to pay him in order to let their ads through, and anyone dumb enough to use 'Brave' get to see those ads.
