What fucking moron thought making the control arm a total bitch to turn and forcing you to lean off the platform was a good idea?
Walkies aren't that fucking hard to use retard.

I dunno; I've only ever used forklifts. Had to use an EPJ today and the fucker was absurdly difficult to steer because the arm was not moving unless I shoved my body into it or hung off the edge like a retard.

You keep the arm lowered, turn the accelerator just a little bit, and then it will turn.

Nobody cares how uncomfortable your wageslave machine is, they most likely designed it that way because it's slightly cheaper to manufacture and your boss is the one paying for it, not you.

Some of them are easier to turn than others from my experience.
The warehouse I worked at had 2 or 3 that were really easy and smooth to use, and the other 6+ were complete shit that you had to throw your weight into like OP says.
Whenever someone got one of the good ones, they would always keep track of where they parked it and try and get it first the next day so they didn't have to use one of the shitty ones.
