What's the best way to make an internet forum 100% secure from anyone who isn't allowed access?

Firewall it to only allowed specific IP addresses.
Use HTTPS and force 2FA.

Reporting this post to the FBI. The only reason you would need this much security if it was something very illegal.

not have a forum in the first place

But what if you had a dynamic ip?

I'm reporting you to the FBI for locking your house and only selectively letting people in. I mean, you gotta be doing something illegal if you lock your house. Nothing to fear nothing to hide, right?

Then yer fucked.
Get out.

Correct.

Sharing pictures of personal defecation isn't illegal.

>people outside /g/ actually believe this
Forums are inherently flawed. They're always vulnerable.

>100% secure
to take it off the internet, DUH
If you have a dynamic IP then
>buy a VPS with a static IP
>disable root login
>make a user account with SSH key only login
>Use ssh key to tunnel traffic through VPS over ssh
>Limit forum firewall to ssh servers static IP address
If the forum is running on a VPS itself you could actually do this all on a single box, even binding the web server to a non public IP address.
