Ryzen scales extremely well at lower frequencies and voltages.
Up to around 3.2 GHz the Zen cores absolutely murder everything Intel has in terms of efficiency.
Ryzen mobile has the potential to absolutely wreck Intel's ass. A 4 core Ryzen CPU at 3GHz should consume around 25-30W tops. Full load, that is.

Vega, on the other hand...
Well, let's just say I have my doubts with Vega's efficiency in a mobile APU.

We already know power efficiency at low clockspeeds is one of Zen's strenghts. It's a perfect fit for mobile laptops. Less heat, more battery life, more actual cores (instead of Intel's shitty dual cores w/ HT), iGPU that isn't shit, etc. Intel has no magic bullet "Pentium m" to save them. Their architecture just plain runs hotter and requires more juice.
