My computer case has fan holes only like this and the video card is running way hotter than the CPU. I feel the floor fan is blowing all the cool air past the video card.
Would it help to install some sort of baffle to direct the airflow to the video card fans? Or should I drill a hole in the front of the case and install an additional intake?

Turn your gpu fans up, or just realize and accept gpus run hotter, and it's totally fine.

should I bother with moving these two coolers, not sure how big of a difference it would make

My solution to everything is buy more fans, and make everything intake. muh positive pressure
