About once every 5-6 months. Front fan grille gets really bad, need to clean that more often, but it's easier to pull the front off.

Just put it outside in the rain every now and then with the side panels off. Works wonders.

take off dust filters
clean dust filters
put back dust filters
Bought one of these because I was tired of buying cans of air. Loud as fuck, gets hot, but works pretty good. I clean it every couple months.
My last system was a Phenom 1050T (pretty sure).
I'd spit on the motherboard, and use my bath towel to wipe off said spit.
I'd then go have a bath/shower because the steam from the bathroom helped dry it out a bit.

Polaroid dust blower + vacuum cleaner. Cleans radiators alright but just a few strong squeezes and I get cramps in my arm. Microfibre cloth where applicable. But since I have been slacking for a few months I suspect it would be like OP's pic by now.

Just repurpose it into a trash bin after use.

I use a soft wet paint brush, and pic related, i clean my PC twice a month, i disassembly the whole thing and clean everything piece by piece, except for the cpu heatsink and the cpu, unless i need to replace the TIM.

Don't have fancy things. I just open it up and use this every six months or so.
I don't.

once every couple of years lol
I just blow air into it (from my lungs). and for non-PCB surfaces, I wipe with a towel.
oddly I got more dust on my hard drives and DVD drive than on the mobo or PCBs
