How do I get into computer graphics? Any book recommendations? What programming languages should I learn?
I've coded very little before in: C, C++, Python, and Haskell.

Start with C and opengl, glfw or sdl for context creation, there's enough tutorials for that.
Then https://learnopengl.com/ is a good starting point, but you will need to keep going from there. Vulkan multithreaded is the ultimate goal to reach with graphics, but that's going to take some time, you basically have to recreate opengl, so start with using it first.
