How long could the average smartphone last if you kept replacing the screen and battery?
Just replaced my iphones screen and it got me thinking. Don't know if the whole "making old iphones slower with each ios" is a real thing that apple actually does, but say if I kept it on the same ios, how long until something nonreplaceable like the motherboard or the ram dies?

I don't actually have a smartphone myself. But, if I did, I damn sure wouldn't buy one from Apple. My current flip phone runs Android, even
