For some reason, every video player that isn't from Youtube is unable to play after pausing it than resuming it or when you skip to a certain part. This only happens with Vivaldi.
I researched and if I'm not misunderstanding, it's a bug and it's fixed on the latest snapshot of Vivaldi.

For Vivaldi users, has any of you experienced this problem too?
