Just restore from your nandroid backup, which you created before installing the custom rom

Quick tutorial faggot
1) Pull out your battery and see your phone model number
2) Go on Sammobile.com
3) Select firmware tab and type in model number (you need an account for that)
4) Download Odin on your PC
5) Extract the .md5 file you downloaded and put your samshit in download mode
6) Connect your samshit to your PC and run Odin as administrator
7) Put .md5 file in AP
8) ONLY LEAVE F.Reset time and Auto reboot checked, uncheck anything with NAND and binary
9) Press start
10) Wait for it to finish

Congratz!, you now have a factory touchCrap rom
