Bluetooth is annoying in general. My android phone connects to my headphones no issue, both Linux and Windows choke and trip themselves when trying to connect to them on multiple computers, no matter if paired or not

It's probably that your Bluetooth chipset vendor decided to cheap out on driver development and shipped buggy drivers for Windows 10.
