Disassembled it but everything seems intact and all capacistors are ok.
Also checked psu's motherboard plugs, all plugged securely

Some device keeps failing, probably needs replacement.
Disconnect HDD and VGA and leave only the MB and the RAM+PSU+keyboard connected to the monitor, reset BIOS to default if you fucked with it then add the other components 1 by one to see which causes the problem.

Power error.
I never had the exact issue, but when my old Seasonic PSU bit the dust, it would stop sending power to the HDDs and I'd just get a black screen and audio freeze/no audio.
Replace PSU with a tester, one should always have a spare for these instances so you can use it as a backup if your main fails.

Hey, I have that same motherboard and a very similar issue.
Everytime I do anything heavy on CPU/GPU while using my PCI wifi-card it get hangups like these. Doesn't happen when I'm on Ethernet and can't be a problem with temps, I've monitored them and there's nothing out of the ordinary.
It's honestly mysterious.
