If it's an iPhone then shut it off, then while it's plugged in hold home and power and keep holding them until you get a connect to iTunes symbol. He won't know what the fuck to do with it. Or you can force it in to update mode with a similar key combination and do a forced wipe in iTunes if you have it installed.

If it's an Android, you can use ADB to completely fuck it up and wipe system partitions, but you need access to the settings for that.

Your best option is to unplug it and go strangle the fucker with his own cable, then force feed him the phone. Do it faggot.
