I need help with some specs, to see if they are good to buy from this guy I know off of Facebook, I want to see if its able to play games such as cs go or more things like said game, can I get some help?

Specs:
CPU- Quad Core Q9550
Graphics Card- PNY GTX 550Ti
Ram-4GB
Case- Corsair 100r with see thru side panel
650watt power supply
And 80GB Hard Drive

That thing is ancient. Even if you could run CS GO on it, you shouldn't want to. Look on Craigslist for offices getting rid of their workstations, then buy the best used GPU you can afford.
