I do that too sometimes. And that time window is probably because there aren't as many distracting noises around (like people going about their daily lives). I get a lot done during those hours as well.

hey man me too. i always find inspiration when i should be sleeping and then regret it in the morning. try to get into a schedule, it helps a lot.

for example: i sleep around 10pm and wake up around 6am. i'm still getting used to it so i don't do much until 9:30, but i'm a lot more productive than i used to be.
