Hmm, right, I guess that's true, but with the amount of people saying this I thought this should've been a problem with the majority of sellers.
As most of the time I buy from most orders as first priority and then price as second as I don't want to wait a month total for a working item to arrive.

My 4 year old loyal laptop needs a few deserved upgrades, that can all be found on chink sites, I will list the upgrades and advise me on what to get first in the order of importance.

the current is a 750GB model, will replace it with a newer 1TB one, and use the old one as a hard drive for pi seedbox


finally a new genuine charger, the current one is still working fine, but the the power plug is starting to shit itself because if it gets touched or the laptop is moved it stops charging.

I really like it especially for the price, except the forward, back and DPI switch buttons don't work
Everything else is fine, and it feels more like a driver issue than hardware, but their software doesn't list the 102 model, won't detect the mouse, and neither of the firmware updates for the 112 versions that look the same as the 102 in the picture work
Anyone have anything else to try before calling it fucked and doing my first ali dispute?

Today while running I discovered that if I wiggle the part of the cable that meets the connector of my Pistons 3 the right earbud stops working. This leads me to conclude that braided cables aren't better than regular plastic, my shitty Panasonics still work even after almost 8 months. Pistons are like 3 tops.

I have the ZS5s and they're amazing, they easily beat all my other chink memes in sound quality, bass is insane, separation is godly but the frequency extension could be better and the soundstage is small. Just got my FNF iFive 4S Mini for reading manga. First impressions are good, seems like it'd be hard to get a better device for the purpose without spending a lot more. The resolution makes a huge difference when it comes to tone artifacts, small text and high quality scans. I was a bit worried about the screen size since I'm used to reading on a 10.6" screen, but it doesn't seem like a big deal thanks to the resolution. I feel like the ideal would be 9" or 10" at least for home use but I'm already getting used to 8". Anyway, I'd recommend it if you're looking for something to read manga on.

I was expecting Gearbest to dawdle with the shipping but it arrived in Finland through PostNL exactly three weeks (and 5 hours) after placing the order which seems reasonable. I've never ordered from China before though. They did cheat me out of the buy-with-the-app discount which was never applied, I'm assuming it's because it was already discounted but the notice was still on the product page and tricked me to install it.

Cost me 95€. Thanks to the kind anons that gave their thoughts and recommendations before I ordered and to everyone who contributes to these threads and the wiki.

I also wanted to know this, since there seems to be a lot of confusion with the multiple versions of note 4 and 4x being very different in some cases and basically identical in others. can I trust that gearbest will actually send me the note 4x international and not the india version or some shit which will fuck me on US bands?
also, sot? the mi max 2 has the same soc with a 1300 higher mah battery. I've seen that can get 10-19 hours sot. if the 4x has a 4100mah battery, that would likely get 8-12 hours or so?

I was going to shell out for a mi max 2 but I'm not made of money and the 4x has comparable specs for less than half the price.
