Why does this browser suck so much? It goes to a not responding status all the time, even when I'm not actually using it. Should I just switch to Firefox?

I don't care about Google botnet.
>>61361665
Use Ungoogled Chromium if you don't want the botnet.
>>61361737
My point isn't about the botnet. I don't get why Google Chrome always crashes and is basically unusable sometimes.

Works on my machine

I genuinely don't remember the last time chrome crashed. If you can't get a fucking web browser to work then you are a cum guzzling cock holster. But you are OP so I guess that's a given

Works for me

Shouldn't a web browser just work once I download and install it? How is it my fault that Chrome decides not to work all the time?

Works for me.

So everyone else is wrong? Post dxdiag or speccy

I have to call shenanigans.
I WANT to like Firefox because of the philosophy behind it and the theme-able UI but nothing touches Chrome. :/
I have the opposite, firefox always hangs up for me. Also the dev console on chrome is fire

It doesn't. The browser is good, but google's business model isn't compatible with privacy. It's a good browser, but they need to make money anon. Try chromium, or links.

Well, I would say the browser is good too, in general usage, but like I said, it always crashes randomly for me. I've also noticed that when I used Windows 10 on my computer before, it also had problems. I'm not sure if Chrome problems and Windows 10 problems are related. Chromium has the same crashing problems as Chrome.
