I know that there's a difference.

For starters ksh has vi style of input.

Bash is the de facto standard so learning anything else is a waste of time

Unless you have a very specific and commonly occuring need thats filled by other shells.

Is the thing why korn shell is relevant these days only because it's defaul shell on OpenBSD, or is there something else?
