Ubuntu changed my life. I used to be a neckbeard who spent all of his time compiling gentoo. Then I found xubuntu and I was hooked. I gave up compiling for good. I mean why bother? Apt-get has everything I need.

Now i have my xubuntu configured to look just like mac osx and I am truly happy.

xubuntu is definitely the best non-hobbyist linux. That being said, the last Xfce version release was two fucking years ago and it's pretty unacceptable. It's my favorite OS, but its still shit.
