rofl are you niggers serious? the frameworks all use cuda. amd only started trying to reach out to machine learning a couple of months ago, and scientists only start implementing things when the api is stable, has good documentation and is worth the hassle in terms of performance. we are at least 5 years away of amd even having anything relevant in machine learning, sadly. and that's disregarding that they basically haven't done anything interesting with opencl in literally years
