Just do a Devuan netinstall

Arch has a shitton of packages ready to use for stuff beyond open source software and also updates them faster.

It is like an unstable Debian unstable.
>>
>>61253914
Arch is ridiculously bleeding edge and doesn't care if your old packages break when new ones come out.

Less likely to happen with Ubuntu and far less likely with Debian. "Less" customization if we're talking true flexibility to use all available software.

Arch arguably gives you less control over your computer, because you are constantly under threat of updates (that you don't manage) breaking everything.

Arch will blow up your configs from time to time. Debian config updating mechanism is top-notch.
