Hardware Diagnostics
Every error slows down your system a bit, and this cant be tolerated ! Also there are erros that found early can prevent huge damage.
So which are the best tools to check if everything is runing at its best..
So which do you consider the best tools to check hardware?
Mine personal choices:
>RAM
Memtest86+
>HDD
HDDRegenerator v1.71 (sectors)
HDAT2 (SMART Errors)
>CPU
S&M Stresstest
>GPU
Furmark
>PSU
Good old multimeter
>Motherboard
Never found anything good to test them but if they can keep up with all other tests and stresstests and theres nothing visible on them, they are most likely fine
>Apple
Well idk any tool to test them
This post is interesting. Have a (you) Anon.

I haven't felt the need to benchmark my hardware, as it "just werks".
Interesting

The point is not to benchmark its to push it hard to see if it gliches or breaks

Wanted to add if youre running a server, memtest is essential. You don't want to be running into problems down the road.
Errors should show itself within the first few minutes of testing, with 1 full loop being the minimum. I usually let it run a full night with at least 2 loops to make sure.
