How come stock GTX 1080 have such low box boost clocks, but in game boosts are far higher?
My 1080 has a box spec of 1600mhz
But the real world boost is 2,012mhz
(Without me touching anything)

I don't know desu. My GTX 1070 boosts slightly over 2ghz core as well when the actual specified boost clock is lower.

There really is no point manually overclocking the core on pascal.
