Font rendering looking good is all about what you're used to. I've been a Linux since 2007 and both Windows and OSX look like shit. I'm sure the opinion is mutual. Who gives a shit? It's subjective.
>>61234320
Which OS doesn't do this, exactly? Unless we're talking mobile Operating Systems.
>>61234419
there's some loss in this image, viewing from my monitor the font looks fine unless I fuck up the image sharpness from the monitor settings

but anons, don't you get it? this isn't directed towards wandows users

Then who is it directed at?

OSX or whatever it's called now can't do this.

To be fair, OSX/macOS has folder merging (but as everyone knows by this point, it is unintuitive and doesn't work for every given situation).
From the apple website:
https://support.apple.com/kb/PH22185?viewlocale=en_US&locale=en_US
"Merge two folders with the same name
If you have two folders with identical names at two different locations, you can merge them into a single folder.
Hold down the Option key, then drag one folder to the location that contains a folder with the same name. In the dialog that appears, click Merge.
The Merge option appears only if one of the folders contains items that are not in the other folder. If the folders contain different versions of identically named files, the only options are Stop or Replace."
What really bothers me is the lack of proper file conflict management with thumbnails, file details (size, date, format...).
OSX has rsync but still

Windows have the merge thing as default, and have had it since, I dunno, windows 3?
file managers are bloat

Typographers unanimously agree that Linux font rendering is awful. This isn't subjective.

fucking and literally why?

What file manager is this?
